Biography

I provide clients with valuable, results driven advice and zealous representation, handling varied and complex business disputes, commercial matters and bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy litigation and appellate matters. I am experienced in multi-jurisdictional asset recovery and judgment enforcement both in the US and across non US jurisdictions. During my almost two decades of practice, I have litigated regularly in federal, bankruptcy, appellate and state courts across the country, representing investors, companies, bankruptcy trustees, institutions, and individuals. I have prosecuted cross-border arbitral and judgment enforcement actions, fraudulent transfer actions, commercial business disputes, complex real estate litigation, fraud claims, bankruptcy avoidance, recovery, dischargeability and discharge actions and many other types of cases.
